not that I know of.. I say just to make it private, that way no stalkers can bother you.

You can only block them one by one. Go into their profile and "block user". You have to confirm it and then they can't see your profile.

put them on your ignore list. just go to their profile and it will have an ignore me beside their add me button, just click it.
