Back off and run away - she isn't your friend, she's a bully!! Don't ever let anyone cut you, and don't let them tell you to cut yourself.
To this girl, being "popular" is about power, not about being well-liked. She using her claim of popularity to bully other people, and it's wrong. Tell her that if being popular means being mean to other people, you don't want any part of it.
Go tell your mom and your teacher about what she's doing - trust me!

If I were you I'd replie " No body here is the popular girl, so please stop actin' like it!! You are not gettin' any praise and if you think of men your (1 person) possey.... instead of a friend, who needs you? I sure know I don't the only way I'd be apart of your possey is if you pay me girlfeind so beat it or I'll just leave myself!! Later!!" And leave her. As simple as that DUH!!
