You can download Limewire at limewire.com but it's best to just pay for the music with iTunes or Urge.
Pirated music tends to have really bad sound quality AAC (iTunes) files have much better sound quality to MP3 and these programs basically open up a back door to your computer to let anyone access it even with a firewall.

There is no free legal music. If you want the latest music you must pay for it. There have been lawsuit settlements of up to $5000 for music trading.
