Can foot cramping be an early sign of pregnancy?

Any and every pregnancy sign and symptom can be caused by something else. With that said, no foot cramping is not an early sign of pregnancy.

http://www.fertilitygal.com/Signs-and-Symptoms-of-Pregnancy/Breast-Tenderness.htm has a complete list, which says that cramping, not unlike menstrual cramps, as the uterus begins to enlarge is a symptom. Foot cramps, is not. Most likely, you need to drink more water.
