Do the little things that he/she likes that other people don't think of....show him/her that you realy know him/her and that you care for him/her......and say the words "i love you" every time your heart feels them....

Be honest. It may feel awkward at first, but say it and see what the response is. Either you win or get shot down. But at least you'll know what the other person's heart is saying.

Come right out and say it. Don't be afraid to say it either. There's always a chance that you may fear getting rejected, but I always say it's best to put your feelings out there.

ohhh that really is super hard!! hmmmm im not the type to say it first, but my advise is well kinda let it slip or as he is saying something that you completely agree with you say "oh i love you i completely agree" and see what he says back. i know kinda grade school but, love is well.....you know:) lol
