Nope, but for some reason Grand Master Flash was inducted this year. I don't get it

I just cant understand how some are inducted into the Hall of Fame who are so undeserving and there are those who without question who are deserving that are not put into it. Many years ago Bonnie Raitt was voted into the "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame". I just about choked when I heard it.
Bonnie Raitt is a fairly accomplished entertainer/singer/guitarist but she is by no stretch of the imagination a Rock and Roll Icon. She has no business being elected into the R&R Hall of Fame. Now I see from this posting that Styx is not in the Hall of Fame but Bonnie Raitt is. Please explain this to me. I recently was made aware of the fact that Pat Benetar is not in the Hall of Fame either.
Come On!! Pat Benetar not in but Bonnie Raitt is. Decisions like this make the credibility and importance of the" Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" a target for ridicule and questionable fidelity. Do it with no room for question or do not attempt to do it at all.

No. And if they ever do, I will forever have a tainted view of the rock and roll hall of fame. Inducting REM this year is the first straw.

No but they should be they are an incredible band and worse bands are already in there.Renegade is an amazing song.
