Laws about blogging?

Question

Are their any current laws about blogging? Or are there any laws in the process? If so what are they and where could I find out about them. I can't find anything about this topic.

All laws vary by the country, and within that by state/province.

In the US, blogging is generally protected under the same standards as other forms of 1st Amendment expression. Some states also recognized certain types of blogging as being equivalent to the press, and afford the same protections as for other journalists.
