say 2 people buy a 100 000, dollar business
can each person pay 50 000
and share the profits?

Yes. An agreement would have to be drawn up for it. But it might present some problems. What happens when you do not agree, how do you handle an impasse ?? A business relationship is just as challenging as any family relationship.

Don't do anything without a lawyer laying everything out in black and white! My husband and I went in a partnership with another couple. The partnership lasted just over a year, and the friendship was over. If you want to keep a friend, don't go in business together. As a footnote,:most businesses don't show a profit in the first year.

if u invest equally and make agreement that u all work on particular sector then profit will be share
