first of all she smokes.... she has over extented sex with older guys (sex matures you faster) and she gets fake tans, that's why she has HORRID skin!

All the smoking, drinking, partying she does plus all the stress of having to hide from (literally) die hard fans and keeping a "good image". Yeah she's probably got a lot riding on her. But personaly I think she's washed up. I've seen a few movies with her in it and they're almost all the same >.> boring!

I don't think she looks 40+. Maybe she's just tired and needs to sleep for 2 days,stop partying, and go to what she does best--acting.
