My daughter she is 34 wants to use my truck to carry one of her friends shopping. i told her no, because of the insurance. if she got in a wreck the woman could sue the hell out of me. so my daughter gets all pissed off trying to make me feel bad. who is in the wrong me or her?

If your daughter doesn't live with you and drives your vehicle, she is covered and tany passenger is covered by your insurance. If you don't maintain a high comprehensive or liability policy it is concievable that a passenger could sue you. It's not a hugely likely scenario, although who you choose to let drive your vehicle is your business. Your daughter was imposing on your goodwill slightly and you said no. No one is exactly wrong, you just need to have clear expectations abbout what people should do. Suggest it's time for her to get her own car if she is going to have significant transportation needs.
