Doubtful. It would take 20 flirts to equal one dollar. Therefore it would take 20 billion flirts to equal $1,000,000,000. Assuming 6 billion people on earth, roughly half of whom are female, that would mean each of them would have to flirt with you multiple times. This does not even consider the ones you'd never see, those in a relationship, the ones that are lesbian and not interested, or the ones that are far too young (unless you're a sicko.) Also, your life would be over long before you could reach this number of flirts, assuming one flirt per second. One billion seconds is equal to approximately 32 years, so 20 billion flirts would require about 640 years.
And this whole discussion is null and void if you're just plain fugly and your mom had to tie a pork chop around your neck just to get the dog to play with you.

How old are you? Maybe if you are extremely old. Could be possible to may be a "thousand aire" or even a millionaire, but not a billionaire.
