Baking soda as a paste would be good. It won't scratch the surface of the glass and rinses off real well too. I would say to use a sponge and apply the baking soda paste real well. Scrub it in and let it set for a few minutes. Scrub again and rinse. You could dry the doors with a soft towel or cloth too. I find that baking soda will also take water spots off of your faucet and handles too. Hope this helps!

Regular White Vinegar. Just rub it on, Then rinse it off. To prevent future spots buff on some car wax, let it sit a few minutes then wipe off.

You can use vinegar and water. For follow up, make sure you spray your shower with a daily cleaner (Like Clorox Tub and Tile or Tilex) and dry it completely. There is also a product called CLR but it's pretty harsh, but does work.

Wd-40! Don't get real worried like its a chemical. Just give it some dry time. It will look glass smooth after you polish it.
