If you think it out of the ordinary weeping ; you could have pmdd. Premenstral disphoric disorder........You could also have irritability and mood swings. Otherwise ; if it is light , then it is normal. If you think you have pmdd; my advise is not to address it with a doc; they will put you on unesscessary drugs. Natural is the best way...increase your d intake and calcium and they have great natural women formula's just for this; I take omega woman by nordic naturals and 600 calcium and 600 vit d along with a multivitamin. Good luck

Well if its not normal then what the hell is wrong with me?!! lol.
No worries dear, you are just fine, some months I am on an emotional roller coaster for that week and like tv commercials make me cry. Sometimes taking Pamprin helps my mood swings, or eating chocolate (cliche, I know, but hey it works) :-)
Hope that helped!

Yes dear, hormones are responsible for many changes any our bodies and they have a great impact on our emotions and behavior. I have the same problem, I was actually talking to my husband about this today because i was feeling sad for no reason. Its normal but if you find it too difficult and it interfears with you everyday routines talk to your doctor because there are options available to you if you need them.

Very normal. But if you feel that it is more than an average person, contact your dr. because there could be a health issue involved also.

PMS. Welcome to my world! It gets worse every year. They offer antidepressants to treat it, but I don't care to take them. Just wait until you have that and are perimenopause too. The possibilities of committing homicide on a daily basis for stupidity (which you will begin to notice everywhere) will increase by about 50% and I'm not lol!

yes, it's perfectly normal. If you want to tame yourself, try working out, even though you may not feel like it.
It makes you feel better physically, and it helps you blow some steam off.
