Nothing at all unless you want to do in someones car engine.

I am an MD. Are you referring to "petrol", the British word for gasoline, or "petrolatum" the generic term for petroleum jelly which is used as the vehicle for many skin cremes. If the latter is the case, then you have a skin ointment used for dissolving warts or calluses or excessive flakiness of the skin. (If you are generally a flakey person, then this stuff can cure you, or at least control your flakiness. ) I hope this helps.
