Harsher, or more harshly...
and I think it depends on WHAT they're being judged upon.
If you're talking about Careers - totally not fair considering many women are admittedly the 'main' parent in the household where children are concerned. It's a common perception among their bosses and collegues that if a woman has a child to take care of, they will "always" stick the non-parent workers with their share of things.
It's not fair that we feel we have to justify being a mother for the sake of not annoying someone else or losing our jobs.

No one should make themselves look good by stepping on the backs of others, I think it's just as stupid when men say they are better than women, as when women bash men and call it empowerment. Discrimination is wrong, period. That goes for men AND women. Remember Nobody would be alive without something from a MAN OR A WOMAN. So be thankful and respectful of both please. LATER.

men are always bashed as being insensitive, closed minded, knuckle dragging monkeys that think only about sex, beer and football......how is it worse for women??
