Whatever flatters my body.
I don't think there's a 'formula', I think one should wear anything that flatters their figure and matches their personality. The last thing you want when you want to look your best, is to wear the same other people do, looks like a uniform!
Follow your own style, whatever that is.

something nice to look at, wear something nice for a perfume, comfortable shoes (not running shoes) look great and being comfortable is hard at times but make it work, males nice jeans and dress shity...females nice top with dress pants or skirt and some shoes that match the top, earrings to match the pants/skirt and keep the purse LIGHT! not a heavy bag to tote around.
