I live in a very small town and a house came up for rent and its 1 bedroom and in the country with a yard/garden area. The asking price is $275/month. Is this reasonable?

Damn gurl! your asking if $275.00 a month is reasonable, that's a steal if you ask me. I live in a small town on Oahu, Hawaii and 1 bedroom with no yards go for $800.00 and up. I wish that existed over here you should go for it.
