little or no transferability exists from "technical schools" which teach only a specific area and ignors the other subject matter in the university curriculum.
the university level of instruction is from extremely well educated people who get an entire 160 or more of credit hours to get a baccalaureat degree. then an additional number of course in there chosen field and a publishable almost book-like thesis requiring months and sometimes years of research to write to cover a single question raised and all of the relevant material to support it.that just gets the masters degree. the doctoral is even more specific and refined and both levels require meeting with several facullty to defend the work of the thesis submitted for the degree sought both in person and in writing. only when a thesis is accepted as original will a degree be conferred.
the average schooling to get to the doctoral level is three to four years of additional study in the chosen field after the bachelors degree.

You need to look at Phoenix online and see their admission requirements. If you are unsure of what you find call the college directly.

you may have to speak with a representative about that, but if the classes you took are similar to the courses that phoenix provides it should. but they have to be really similar in material and content.
