Yes, it is fair. What isn't fair is that we don't get paid for being smarter..

not all women are smarter then men. i was just saying today how the doctor I work for is like a sponge. He asorbs information and stores it, and can answer just about any question. not just medical, but legal, good grief he answered a postage question the other day. so actually you question is incorrect.
