You really don't want to. By doing so you will:

Be flooded with hackers
Spammers
Viruses
Trojans
key logging software

You system will last about 30 minutes at best. Please consider why you wish to remove the firewall.

Disabling or allowing for exceptions is a far more common and "correct method",

If you are wanting to remove a Firewall program from a third party then go to Add/Remove programs, find the listing for it and click Remove.

If you want to remove the Windows Firewall you will need to delete the entire SP2 package. This Microsoft site has instructions on removing SP2:

go to start, control panel, security center, then finally windows firewall. and u r set :)
