well i have to sit next to this really really really annoying kid and he won't stop being annoying what should i do to stop it i already told my teacher and he didn't do anything!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you above geting your parents involved?
After all, you are at school to be educated and this child is preventing this from happenning. You have every right to be moved or have the pest moved .
Your teacher is an idiot..maybe you should request to change classes or schools if the standard of teaching is such a poor quality.

Change seats if u can.If u can't and your teacher won't help then the next step is to go to your mom. You also can just ignore him.He is being annoying because he knows it upsets u.If u act like he is a child and ignore him for a week or two he will stop.Good luck

find humor in the annoying things this kid does. think of all of it as a joke, an act. this kid is acting dumb then just laugh. humor solves all my problems.
if something is bothering mean, i dont take it seriously. i take it was humor. as a joke. it loosen things up and i get over it.

move to another chair or have him moved. If the teacher won't do anything, so straight to the Dean or Principal.
