should i run him in the same schedual i am in wake up at 7 turn on the lights go to bed at 10 turn of all the lights?... pls help?

14 hours during summer and 12 hours during winter 5:30am on and 5:30pm off or 7:30pm off

Turtles need to take long hours of sun ( between 8 ), or uva 12. Try to tur it off during the night.

As a rule of thumb, run it for about 6 hours in the middle of your day cycle- this also helps offer a bit of a dawn and dusk.
Although there is nothing wrong with running it all 'day' long.

yes that is fine but i think the best amount is 10-12 hours....he needs 12 hours of light and 12 with out
