Chould anyone tell my how do I restore it back to normal?

Because you increased the desktop resolution. Right click on the desktop and click properties and settings and move the slider back a notch.

Ensure that your resolution has not been altered. Go to control panel, appearance and themes and change screens resolution. You always want the highest setting you can go, at least above 1024 x 768.

You didn't notice, but you just went through a growth spurt. Yep, you are actually a lot bigger now, so everything just appears to be getting smaller.
Or, you changed your screen settings to a smaller size.
