hi everyone i really don't know how to write poems and we need to write a poem about the king and queen sculpture by Henry Moore and i really don't know how please give me an idea and an opening sentence please and thank you

Yeah, everybody has great ideas. Since most of his work is extremely fluid and smooth, I would suggest finding some good adjectives like continuous, flowing, rich, rolling, sinuous, sweeping, languid, unconstrained, etc. Just scribble down a bunch of ideas (without judging them or worrying about spelling, grammar, punctuation) and then go back and see what you can put together into a poem. It doesn't have to rhyme, but try reading it out loud to see how it sounds. Good luck!

You can learn much about poetry by reading song lyrics. Sometimes poems have rhymes, but there are also many unrhymed poems. Some have a regular meter, others don't.
Just begin by making a comment about the sculpture.

I don't know anything about the Queen and King sculpture, but I can help you. Whjat I do is read a bunch of poems, and then you will be so used to rhyming that everything you read will seem a rhym. Find information on it, and then rhym it all together!

write what comes to your mind and think about songs...they are also poems ....and they dont have to rhyme...i think good poems have good flow...
or you can use partial rhyme like cat and catch
