Broccoli has one of the highest natural sources of calcium next to milk products. Fresh is the best, not frozen. Just steam it for a few minutes and add butter and salt, mmmmm. Sorry I have been craving it this pregnancy. Also they make orange juice now that is fortified with as much calcium as milk. I know, it is not a food, but I just stuck that in there. Cheese (real not processed) some nuts, I think almonds, but you better read the labels. ooh and romaine lettuce, I think that is what it is called. And fresh spinach, add it to your salad. yummm.

I hate the taste of milk so I try to eat low-fat cheese and yogurt, and also dark green veggies like broccoli have a lot of calcium in them. If all else fails, you may want to take a calcium supplement.
