You never send a request - I quote from the website:

" NOTE: Please choose "Cancel" from the Account Settings to delete your account. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail for account deletion, please email us from the e-mail address you use on myspace.

We will not honor delete requests sent via this form. "

you dont have to send them an email. go to account settings and click on cancel account
