I'd stay away from any wipes with scents.... the perfumes they put in wipes to make them smell yummy to the nose might give sensitive baby's bottom a rash. If baby is not as sensitive, the lavender scented wipes are pleasant to nose. But I still advise a scent free.
Huggies and Pampers both make good durable wipes.

i recommend using the non scented wipes cause when you wipe the baby's face with the scented it leaves an icky taste in their mouth .i always bought walmart brand they are cheap but a big box is under 10 bucks and there is like 6 80 count packs

You really shouldn't use the scented wipes. They tend to irritate the baby's skin and can help contribute to diaper rashes. If you wipe well enough, then there's no need for scented wipes. Or use baby powder on their butt's to make them smell better.

My personal preference is Pampers Spring Blossom. I've never had any problem with them causing rashes.
As for the baby powder and oil...I've heard they are not too safe. The baby can inhale the powder (it floats in the air). When it's inhaled it coats the lungs and can actually kill a baby if they breathe in enough. Try this and you'll see what I mean...fill a bowl with water and sprinkle baby powder on top (make sure it's enough to cover the surface of the water). Reach your hand in and touch the bottom. Pull your hand out and see that your hand is still dry. Imagine that in your baby's lungs.Baby oil blocks pores and your baby's skin can't breathe.
I was told this by my kids' pediatrician and my mom who is a nurse.

I like the scent that Pampers uses with their wipes. And if you just want a clean smell I like Parent's choice.

our baby was allergic to every wipe we tried. we had to buy kirkland unscented brand and wash out the chemicals!
Make sure your baby isn't that sensitive first. If you want a nice scent, you can always use baby moisturizer after a change.

The best wipes for babies are actually the unscented ones. My daughter's pediatrician told me this as did the nurses who worked at the office, and the nurses in the hospital when she was born.

We use Kirkland brand--but wait those may not be scented. Hmmm, the Shea Butter ones from Huggies are nice.

i like the ones I make myself. soft paper towels, some baby wash and some baby oil, boil up the liquids and pour them over the paper towels let sit overnight and you have great baby wipes for alot cheaper than the other ones. And they smell clean like baby wash.
