plastic in wheel wells, is just a well shield or a wheel well shield. plastic under nose, depending on car, could be oil drip pan tray, scuff guard, lower valance, brush plate.
just drive by a dealership of your make of car, and the service department or parts can tell you what the parts are and even the part numbers. real handy if you are looking for cheaper online to have the actual part number, no guessing then.

depending on the manufacturer, I've seen it called an "air dam", "air deflector" "splash shield," and a multitude of other names. The best thing to do is to go to the dealer and he will show you a blow up of the front end of your car on his parts computer. There, you can point out what you need along with any clips and other related hardware you may need.

Better check it out close, in some cars it is part of the bumper. if not it has many names, air dam, splash guard, i have heard it referred to many times as that damn piece of plastic that you tear off on the curb. I like that description best my self
