why not search on expedia if you want a flight and hotel package...
or, if it was me I'd fly into Istanbul, then take the FezBus hop-on, hop-off bus around Turkey... and stop at Kusadasi for a week or 10 days...plus you could take a gulet cruise around the islands (4 days) for $25 USD a day from Fethiye to Olympos...
that way you'd see the whole country and have some beach time! You could see Gallipoli, Pergamon, Troy, Ephasus, Capadochia, Oludeniz Beach, Olympos Treehouses...as well as Istanbul!
