These people are PhDs, businessmen, lawyers and doctors, yet they struggle to answer elementary questions. Doesn't this prove education is not needed to be successful? With that, is education overrated?

nope. it proves that schools are teaching skills that aren't necessarily useful inthe real world and there is too much emphasis on standardized testing.

Not really, since lawyers and doctors didn't have to study something irrelevant to their profession or remember what an adjective was in college
