Dont worry. your baby is getting used to his/her new digs! As long as you feel him or her move with in a 5 hour spans you should be fine. Most doctors say 10 hours but... i cut that in half!

This should be about the time that you start to see how many kicks your baby is giving you. I know my bupper has slowed down in her movement but that is mostly because she does not have the same amount of room that she once had. you are getting there too *cheese*

I found this information on counting kicks and movements for my baby after i lost a son. My OB said its a good i dea to get into the habit of counting and making sure i get some kind of movement from her. and remember, for every kick, punch, roll you do feel, there are maybe one or two you dont.

your cramping and spasms can be normal also. all of our muscles are changing to accomodate our little bundle babies. http://www.200.com/pain10.html

Maybe when you ate something and he/she liked it and kicked... My baby kicks alot when i drink pepsi and when i lay more over to my stomach and when i feel uncomfortable.. And girls is usually the ones start to kick the latest.. I felt my first kick @ around 22-23 weeks!! I don't think nothing is wrong with your baby but if it kicked once and stop kicking see if the baby is ok or not..That happen to my sister and her baby was dead in her for a week due to down syndrome.. And no i never heard of muscle spasms.. if it feel like a kick its a kick or it feels like a snake.. lol

I had similar concerns while pregnant with my son....if you are worried, drink a glass of chilled water and that should make the baby wiggle around. Thats what the docs told me in hospital :)
