most women do have these symptoms. it is like your period feels like it is going to start but then, nothing.

Some women on the other hand have no idea they are pregnant because they do not get these symptoms or any symptoms.

its just like morning sickness... some get it, some dont

yes these are the early signs of pregnancy but also if the harmones are fluctuating that can be the reason too.. During a month a woman's hormone levels shift and change as an egg develops, is released, and if no conception takes place, is expelled. This in and of itself can lead to breast pain and heaviness.. but if you also noticed the dark circles around areolas then that means may be you are pregnant, if you are trying to conceive and u ll find out that u r pregnant.. congratulatons:) Best of luck and Take care

It so totally have no idea what you are trying to ask. Who is the somebody that is trying to conceive? Yes, breasts become tender on the conceiver; not the conceivee (laughing)

Yes, breasts get bigger and heavier but also that can happen with a hormonal surge just prior to a period.

One of the first physical changes of pregnancy occurs to your breasts. They may feel tender, tingly or sore. Or they may feel fuller and heavier. As early as two weeks after conception, increased production of the hormones estrogen and progesterone cause your breasts start to grow and change in preparation for producing milk. These changes are most dramatic during your first pregnancy. http://www.fertilitygal.com/Signs-and-Symptoms-of-Pregnancy/Breast-Tenderness.htm contains a complete list of symptoms.

Symptoms of breast pain, englargement and heaviness are both symptoms of pregnancy and menstration. If that is the only symptom you are experiencing then you just might be expecting your period.
