How can the bark of a dead birch tree be removed.?

if it is dead why dont u cut it poout but if you want to keep it use a chisel or one of those flat paint spreaders.
but i suggest that u cut it down!

you can usually gently peel the bark away, tho sometimes it will tear, so be carefull and go slow. it is really not difficult if you take your time.
