What good would that do? He is moving away and unless it's really close to where you are now, you prob. won't see him again. Don't start anything at this point. I think telling him that you'll miss him will do. See what he says. Maybe you can become friends first.

You might as well kiss him. I've heard that sometimes, a woman's kiss can be so powerful, it can change the migratory pattern of the man who received it.
Possibly the kinetic force of your kiss will magnetically cause him not to move.
Hey, anything's possible. If a person can win a $118 million dollar lottery ticket, I'm certain a girl's random kiss could prevent a boy from moving.
