if i jumprope for an hour a day and do 100 sit up and 100 pushups can i lose like 2 lbs a week??? im 4'9 and 86 lbs i really want to be around 80 by April

jump-rope for an hour???....., Wouldn't happen, believeme! I used to be a physical fitness trainer.
The other is possible, just as long as you have a diet plan as well.

Darling, If you are 86 pounds and want to loose weight than you shouldnt be worried about loosing weight. I think that the only reason you asked this question is because you want some attention.

Yes that is easy. I guess i have done to a science though. I lost over 100 pds and im now really fit. Good luck!

I'm no expert, but I would also try cutting calories as well. Add that onto what you just described and you've got a good chance.

gotta eat less, too, and do not overdo exercise or fat changing to muscle will make you weigh More, even though you may be smaller

i don't think you should be losing weight at all. I'm 5 ft and I'm only 95lbs. I think you're good.
