i would move on.. he sounds like he may not really be interested in you.. if he was he would call .. atleast some of the time when he says he would... i had this guy who use to do that to me... and when i moved on and found someone elas that was when he decided he wanted me.. but i like the person i was with more so he was a$$ out

Girls will not learn. We do this to ourselves and then end up feeling all hurt. If he wants to get to know you better, then wait for him to make the move. I have found that guys don't want to be pinned down. He said he'd call probably to make you happy for the time being. At this age, guys like to be with guys, play sports or whatever. They aren't always ready for a girlfriend but play along because others do it.

Kick him to the curb. He is playing you. Rejection is part of life. Rejections makes you stronger. Nationality has nothing to do with it. You like the person for their qualities, personality and for themselves. Not the color of their skin. Have confindence in youself. Never let him know that your embarrassed. Just get rid of him. Someone out there will notice you and he will like you for you.

it depends how afraid of rejection you are, and how much you would regret it if you never told him
i think you should should tell him, regret is worse than rejection

Maybe he just doesn't like you. Ask him why he couldn't call. Or you can ask him if he likes you.
