Road Warriors and Dudley's actually fought once on Heat I think it was. It was a desgrace to the LOD legacy, they were jobbed faster than a tag team of Horawitz and Smiley. Not too soon after that Hawk died, but there was a plan for a Road Warriors comeback, but fate is cruel.
Anyway, to properly judge this you have to look at both teams styles. LOD was the type of tag team (kayfabe and unkayfabe) that you'd expect to find in a bar fight, which means they could probably handle chairs and tables. I think it was Hawk who used to deliver a lariat from the top rope, so they have high flying down pat too.
Then you have the Dudley Boyz, veterans of this gimmick match and ECW. I don't recall them ever winning one, correct me if I'm wrong, but they do have the experience. They know their way around tables as well. Devon has went off the top rope before, and he and Hawk are the ugly muscle of the group.
In the end, I'd say I would love to see this match without any political strings or torch passing involved, with or without weapons because both teams are masters of tag team. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd give the edge to the stiff antics of the Road Warriors.

I would put my money on The Dudleys because of their long expertise in the TLC matches they competed in the past. The Road Warriors would just suck and lose badly in this type of match.
