I am 38 weeks pregnant and well honestly my vagina seems to be swollen, just at random times some days it swells why is this?

Swelling is normal. espcially in the last trimester. Tho it is more common in your feet and legs. At 38 weeks the baby prob. has dropped and is getting ready to be born. that added pressure and a combonation of leg swelling could add to that extra puffyness; along with the extra blood flow that you have in the area for you and your pumkin
Have you been tested for pre-eclampsia? Swelling is normal with that and is a symptom but really only swelling of the face and hands. That might be something to ask about this week at your appointment if it has not been discussed already:)
