That's a hard desicion for me since I like both of them. I say all. But mostly 100% Disney. 90% Nick and 50 % ABC Family since I only watch Dancing With The Stars in ABC family. Why do you want to know?

ABC Family. It has a great lineup and almost always something to watch. Gilmore Girl, Smallville, 7th Heaven, Full House, Everwood, Sabrina and Boy Meets World. Plus they show great movies (almost) everynight.
