I know that seems like a ridiculous but one of my friends lives in a town( in boston) where it is illegal. Except they do have one starbucks.

No, it's not illegal where I live. I believe I would move away from that town.

No but I live in a small town where drive thru are not allowed..so it keeps that small town feeling.

no; i live in Texas... i might be really healthy for everyone though but i dont think starbucks is fast food is it? well what ever i think everyone would hate if they banned fast food it sure would make everyone here skinnier though! and healthy =)
