Based on your height and weight, that would give you a body mass index (BMI) of 18.4 (see http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/). A "normal" BMI starts at 18.5, so you are a little underweight but not very much! Mine is 19 and I get told all the time how "skinny" I am. This normally comes from people who are overweight, mind you. All I do is respond with "Actually, I am in the normal weight range for my height."
My husband has the same problem, as he is fairly thin for his height. Upon being told for the umpteenth time by a heavy colleage, "You're so skinny! You need to eat more!" he replied "If I told a coworker that he needed to eat less, I'd be fired for discrimination!" That solved the problem...no more comments from that particular coworker!
If you feel healthy, then you probably are! Don't feel sad, be happy with who you are. There are a lot of people who would love to be in your situation.
Best wishes to you.

5 foot 3 and 104 pounds, you could be a few pounds heavier. 110 would be perfect. But you're perfectly healthy.

No your not underweight just marginally thin. And thats a good thing as long as your eating healthily and not starving yourself and if someone did say something like that they are probably only jealous. Dont listen to them and hopefully they can leave you alone and if they dont buy a huge burger and eat it in front of the person and say 'Look I can eat this'!!

Your body mass index puts your slightly underweight. You could stand to gain a few pounds and still be in the tiny part of healthy weight.

Don't feel sad. One of my good friends gets comments like that all the time because she is thin. We are all built differently. Just as long as you are eating healthy and happy and comfortable with yourself it should not matter what others say.
Smile :)
Hope you feel better.

And you are sad why...??? Tons of people would love to be that thin. You can eat whatever you want and don't have to worry about gaining weight. Don't think of yourself as a stick. Think of yourself as tall and beautiful and thin.
