Cheapest is probably Ebay, but I would recomend Game Crazy (inside select Hollywood Video locations). They will sell you a used PS2 at a fair price with a warranty and throw in 12 free game or movie rentals at Hollywood Video.

Look at your local newspaper since most people will try to sell things they no longer want. Also, if someone has a garage sale or a yard sale, there will be a chance you will find a ps2.
