Apart from surgery you are stuck with what god has given you, buy a good bra and make the most of what youve got!

Wonderbra do some good bras that make them look bigger. Check out the Debenhams website the sell them there!

hunni, we are in the same boat, im only a 34AA sometimes 34A. im afraid that we have to stick with what we've got unless you are brave enough to have surgery (im not). go to gap they sell some really good padded bras, however they are quite expensive, alternatively you could buy those chicken fillet things, ive nevr tried them but theyre supposed to be really good. hope this helps,i understand your frustration, xx

you can get some great padded bras in the shops these days, or get chicken fillets, my friend swears by them and she is really flat chested.

surgery or silicone pads (chicken fillets) that you put in a bra.
there is also bras that you can get with a gel padding in them.

Go on the contraceptive pill - worked for me.
