I want to get an acount on google to become a member for a club. What do I need?

Actually, contrary to what the others said, I'm pretty sure that Google is no longer in a beta testing phase, and, as such, an account can be created by using the following link:
https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount?service=mail
