the splits take practice just open your legs and go down as far as you can and just practice
you need to eat healthy and exercise to loose weight
any piercing hurts i have some
look in a hair magazine for ideas on your hair

You do the splits by stretching every night. While watching tv sitting around, or whatever. Do the butterfly and try pushing your knees toward the ground and do other leg stretches. Then go into your splits for one minute on each side and in the middle.Doing the splits takes time.

You can start losing weight by eating healthy, and doing at least 100 crunches a night.

Yes getting your ears double pierced is super cute. It hurts the same as the first ones. if you thought those hurt then yes they will probobly hurt.

And some hairdos are very layered, side bangs and sorta choppy.

side split stretches:
1st stretch:take a thick book and put it down on the ground then put one of your feet on it and go down into the splits position as far as u can and hold it there for like 2 minutes and switch legs.then do it without the book.
2nd stretch:put one leg straight in front and the other leg fully bended and try to touch your foot that is straight and hold it for like 1 min then switch legs.
3rd stretch do the splits as far as u can down and hold it for 1 or 2 mins and switch legs.
4th stretch:if u can do the splits then hold your front foot for 30sec-1min then sit straight and bend your back and extend your arms backwards and do it with the other leg.
5th stretch: do lunges

middle splits:
stretch:do it as far down as u can and hold it there for 1 or 2min and rest for a few minutes and do it again.


and yoga would help




The second piercing should hurt only a little more than the first one but it should be fine
and a hair style is to put it in a pony tail or put it in a pony tail first then put your hair through the rubber band half way so it makes like a bun- like thing
or have it half up half down

u lose weight by exercising and not eating a lot right before u sleep and dont eat right after u exercise
and eat breakfast
but dont eat lot of lunch
eat a good dinner
dont eat a lot of junk food
(fries and burgers)
the less oil the better
have a refreshing breakfast not a fat and oily one
sit ups running and swimming are great for losing weight but dont over do it

- You stretch and stretch until you are flexable enough to accomplish that. its gunna take alot of time.
- You eat only 3 times a day and stay away from carbs..white bread, butter, pasta, that stuff. You also excersice. run in the mornings before school and on weekends.
- I don't think that the second hole hurts any worse then the first. in my opinion, it doesn't really hurt at all. i have mine triple pierced, and the cartiledge too (not sure on spelling that)
- Messy bun..(if its long enough) put only your bangs back with a bobby pin..braides are comming back too over here.. low pony tails..

You have to work at it. It takes a lot of time to do a split. You have to be very flexible, and just work at it!!!!

Lose weight: Diets and exercise. i suggest dancing.

Ears: OF COURSE IT WILL HURT!!

Hairdos: a High Ponytail

ok this is what you should do put your butt up against the wall and do a straddle and have some one keep putting your legs further and further I know it sounds werid but I dance for almost 15 yrs and I am now 24 with 2 kids and can still do the splits all 2 ways
