I'm swapping out to a Yosh slip-on and removing the factory airbox for K&N custom filters on my 05 Katana 750. The factory jets are 117.5s. What size jets should I go up to for proper air-fuel ratio? What are the largest size jets that will fit the existing threads, without having to drill and tap? A simple jet swap would be ideal.

Send me your e-mail address and I'll forward you a copy of a carburetor troubleshooting guide. It'll tell you what jets to use.

Depends on what altitude you're running at, sea level or Denver, CO. Most people when swapping out the stock cleaner for a K & N or something similar in free flow cleaners usually go up one size. Your application may be different. Check with your local dealership for further details.
