It depends on what type of Chinese restaurant, for examples Cantonese, American Chinese, Sze Chuan, Peking, Vietnamese-Chinese, Thai-Chinese, etc. But is there anyone mentioning Fortune cookies ? if not, well I'll pick that as my other favorite food to get at a Chinese restaurant.

I can't get enough of General Tso's chicken either, and pork lo mein would be the runner up. If the "China diner" is astute enough to offer Thai food, Red Shrimp Curry and Pad Thai. Have recently taken up Bangkok cookery myself and let's not omit Chicken Adobo from the Philippine Islands either.

you know, it really depends on how authentic a chinese restaurant it is. what i get in americanized chinese restaurant is much different in authentic ones. stereotypical american chinese food is probably a limited selection of 50 or so dishes. but chinese food for chinese people reflects diversity more like all the kinds of european cuisine where italian is different from german which is different from spanish. each regional cooking of china is like that much different.

These are absolutely Delicious.
They are a Shrimp and Cream Cheese mixture inside of a pastry type shell , fried.
