It makes me so angry! For the people who cannot spell, there is a spell checker right above the box! Use it please! Really... has the human race become this stupid?
Sorry, it's just that every other question has the easiest words spelled incorrectly, and it just bugs me. Get an education people!
Or at least be smart enough to use the spell check.

I can spell. APATHY.
That's why people don't. They can't be bothered with writing complete sentences. Or expressing entire thoughts - or their own thoughts, at times.
Don't let it get to you - you probably wouldn't want to ride the roller coaster with half the people in the park - but it wouldn't keep you from going and having a good time. :)

"Spelt incorrectly" is more proper.
People don't care if the spell checker is present or not. Honestly, they don't. They wish to ask their questions in whatever form they choose to do so, and feel that it is the duty of those reading the question to make sense of it. So laziness and snobbery on their part has much to do with the problem, as well as stupidity.

Ha ha, I too share the same insight as you. I am no spelling or grammatical king myself but if there's a spell checker.... I always get bugged when I see it anywhere else too. I mean sure if you accidentally hit one key wrong and missed it but most of the time it's the whole entire question or answer...it does get quite ridiculous.
P.S. I used spell check after this..I spelled ridiculous wrong.

lazyness really. for example my first word has just been highlighted as an error. yet to me that's correct, i'm sure some people would add a hyphen in-between the words, but I don't believe it necessary . so i'm not going to through the whole spell check system to correct it, when its clear to all who read what it was supposed to be.
Oh and also some people just can't spell. Educations not what it used to be.

People are just lazy on these forum-type things. Even in emails, my District Manager writes the worst emails EVER! He uses improper grammar, uses too many ellipses (it's supposed to be 3 dots, people! THREE! Not 14!!!), and misspells every other word.
You just have to deal with it, because some people are hard-headed and refuse to click on a simple button.

I completely agree with you. It's so frustrating. They don't even have to do anything extra, your answers are AUTOMATICALLY checked for spelling mistakes. I think sometimes they do it on purpose because they think it makes them look cool.
It also irks me when words are spelled correctly, but used incorrectly (there/their/they're, your/you're). It's lazy, ignorant, and stupid.
