about ctscan result and he refuse ,then he says you must get another urologist,i thought this was unprofessional,i had told him why i wasn't prepared for this exam due that i had diareah,but he got a little upset,you should go to the bathroo, and it will take a few minute,still i didn't feel comfortable with this and his attitude, what should i do

Well, I was giving my neighbor a bladder exam and she had the diarreah all over the place. So, you can see that it may be that you are dirty. I don't blame him.

I would recommend talking to your primary care physician about the diarrhea issue to see if you might have a virus going on. May I ask what kind of exam you were supposed to be having for your bladder?
I would also recommend finding another urologist because of the fact that you were uncomfortable with the way that this visit went.

A good doctor won't act like a robot, uncaring of your feelings or fears. If you have a choice find another doctor, if you can't, tell him clearly that you felt humilliated and that you didn't like his attitude. In the end, it's you who's paying for a service.

Threaten him with mal-practice, and tell him his sorry @ss doesn't pay his bills, but you do. A doctor is there to help you hun, not treat you such.
