well my family members are planning a trip to the bahamas from puerto rico by boat and i need to know how much hours does it take from puerto rico to the bahamas cause my job is asking when i will be back?

what type of boat? Cruise ship at 25 mph? motor boat at 12? sail boat at 5 mph?

Where in the Bahamas? The island chain is 200 miles long so its like asking "how long from New York City to New England?" Well, 5 hours at 20 mph to Connecticut, 3 days to Maine........

Nassau to San Juan is about 1100 miles, so figure how fast you go and divide.........
